WHAT BELIEVE SATANISTS?

What exactly is Satanism?

The Google Dictionary defines him as: "The worship of Satan, which typically involves a mockery of Christian symbols and practices, such as putting a cross upside down. The website wordnetweb.princeton.edu defines it as the belief and devotion of devils (especially Satan) and thefreedictionary.com adds that it is abysmal malice. Religious Tolerance, the Canadian website dedicated to the exact explanation of the diverse religious beliefs in the world, states that "There may be dozens of different belief systems and practices called Satanism."

Therefore, it is almost impossible to estimate how many Satanists there are in the world. Depending on the definition and which groups correspond to another definition, the total number of Satanists can range from a few thousand to millions or even more. In North America, estimates of ten to twenty thousand Satanists range from different belief systems and organizations. According to statistics, only 335 Canadians have been identified as Satanists in the 1991 census. It is almost impossible to get into conversation with them, or collect statistical evidence from any one of these groups who claim to practice some kind of Satanism.

The Church of Satan, founded by Anton LaVey in 1967, generally considers himself a strong atheist, agnostic, or free thinker, and membership is kept secret. However, the church of Satan is quite open about her views and practices. They describe themselves as: "the first aboveground organization in history openly dedicated to the acceptance of the true nature of man - that of a carnal beast living in a cosmos indifferent to its existence. For us, Satan is the symbol of pride, freedom and individualism. "

According to David Shankbone, who interviewed the church's chief priest, Peter Gilmour, "LaVey's teachings are based on individualism, self-gratification, and an eye-to-eye morality, with influences from Friedrich Nietzsche and Ayn Rand; while his rituals and sorcery are largely reliant on occultists like Aleister Crowley. "His article makes it quite clear that members of the church of Satan worship, or even believe in, the devil or a Christian / Islamic conception of the devil with hell, demons, pitchforks, sadistic tortures, selling souls, doing miracles, doing human sacrifice, cannibalism, and profoundly evil deeds.

One definition of Satanism is that: "Satanism is the total rejection of the spiritual nature of theistic religions, and the honest admission that we are only animals that evolved like all other complex systems." On the other hand, what about the religious one Satanism, which has become the content of our nightmares and movies? Does he exist? The church of Satan publicly states that: "Satan respects and praises life." Children and animals are the purest expressions of this vital force, and as such become sacred and considered precious .... "Therefore, as mentioned above, no human sacrifice. The majority of Satanists simply follow a lifestyle that includes satanic statements and rules while avoiding satanic sins.

Numerous authors, almost all conservative Christians, have described alleged satanic rituals. They almost always revolve around stolen religious symbols, black masses, upturned crosses or backward prayers. This is pure invention, due to Medieval and Renaissance books, especially The Malleus Maleficarum (The Hammer of the Witches). In the 15th and 16th centuries, the Catholic Church theorized that the worship of Satan exists and poses a massive threat. This has led to the witch burnings, which can also be described as burning times or alternatively as a Holocaust for women. The belief in Satanism turned into an imaginary religion, which was the opposite of Christianity. These elements are still floating on the surface of the conservative Christian anti-satanic and anti-Wiccan hate literature.

So far, we have found that there is a religion known as Satanism, and that most, if not all, of its adherents are hedonistic atheists who intend to act according to their most basic desires. An anonymous writer once wrote that Satanism is the religion of the American boardroom, but for the most part, this does not involve any strange or evil practices, because most Satanists simply practice a lifestyle that includes enjoyment and satisfaction. A very small number of individuals have created from the large number of anti-satanic literature their own version of Satanism, which includes anti-Christian practices.

Where does this information leave the Muslims? As believers, we understand that Satan exists and actively seeks to move people away from God. He may be involved in the satanic religion, which claims to have no gods or worship such a manifestation of evil or not. However, Satan's work is evidently recognizable in a number of groups or categories of people who claim to worship him. These groups include psychopathic killers and serial killers who try to defend themselves with "the devil in me let me do that" and abusive pedophiles who have used satanic attitudes on various occasions to make the story of their victims seem unreliable In England, it has been proven that in at least three cases where robbers claimed to be Satanists to better control their victims.

Some musicians pretend to be Satanists to gain fame and a bad reputation, and there is also a group known as satanic dabblers (satanic dilettantes). Dilettantes are known to be rebellious, seeking the attention of adolescents or young adults who, usually from unreliable and fictitious sources, have created their own form of Satanism. They are often responsible for graffiti, graveyard damage and the ritual killing of small animals. Both groups may pretend to be something they are not, but they lead a life dangerously close to the abyss. A person who tries to worship the ancient god Seti or revive his worship also risks their minds, and in some cases, their lives.

Satan, the devil, Lucifer, Seti, or whatever you call him, is not a power to downplay. He has an agenda, and in the next article we'll look at how seemingly innocent behaviors can make a person commit the most dangerous of the great sins. The church of Satan may be little more than an organized group that can engage members whose behavior others would otherwise frown upon, but how many members "actually deal with the devil?" Those who use the term Satanism to to hide her innate corruption, find out that Satan has led her to ruin her collar.
